This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds from Riot Mind Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Return Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@riotmindstudios.com. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund—your call.
Incorrect Items
Get something you didn’t order? Let us know right away. We’ll send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the mistake.
All Other Sales Are Final
We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or subjective dissatisfaction. Please read product descriptions carefully.
2. Return Process
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Email us at info@riotmindstudios.com to start the process.
Returns must be initiated within 30 business days of purchase.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (damage or wrong item), we cover shipping. Otherwise, it’s on you.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be in original condition—unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any return that doesn’t meet this standard.
3. Refunds
Eligibility
Refunds are issued for approved returns (damaged, incorrect, or defective items only).
Custom items and made-to-order designs—such as Panther Labels with customer-submitted images—are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, size, or color, return your original item and place a new order.
6. Printful Print-On-Demand (POD) Returns
Damaged, Misprinted, or Lost
If your item was fulfilled by Wovn Depot. (Printful) and arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Claims deemed valid by Printful will be covered at their expense.
Lost Packages
Printful claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Non-Returnable POD Products
Certain POD items—such as face masks or hygiene-sensitive goods—are not eligible for return.
