By accessing riotmindstudios.com or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you don’t like rules, this isn’t the playground for you.

2. Products & Services

  • Descriptions: We try our best to describe our products like proud nerds describing their favorite gadgets. But hey, we’re still human—errors happen.

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change them when necessary (like when our coffee fund is running low).

  • Payment: Secure, encrypted, and through trusted providers. We never see your card digits.

3. Orders & Shipping

  • Accuracy: Double-check your shipping info. We send your stuff to the address you give us. If it’s wrong, that’s on you.

4. User Accounts

  • Creating an account? Be honest about your info.

  • Keep your login credentials secure. If your little cousin hijacks your order and buys 10 posters, we can’t help you.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All product designs, logos, and content are ours. Hands off.

  • Limited License: You may browse and buy. You may not copy and sell. We’re serious.

6. Your Content (If Applicable)

You promise not to upload anything:

  • That you don’t own or have the rights to.

  • That’s hateful, illegal, or straight-up awful.

  • That could embarrass your grandma or ours.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for anything that happens because you misused our products, misunderstood the product page, or tried to microwave a sticker. Use common sense.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel your account if you break these rules. If you ghost us or spam us, expect a one-way trip to Banville.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York. Disputes? We handle those in Westchester County via arbitration.

10. Indemnification

If your actions land us in legal hot water, you agree to help cover the damage. (That’s lawyer-speak for “don’t drag us into your drama.”)

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. TL;DR: We respect your data.

12. Legal Disputes & Arbitration

All legal disputes are subject to binding arbitration in New York. No class actions. Just you, us, and an arbitrator trying to keep it civil.

13. International Users

Using the site outside the U.S.? Cool. Just know your info is being processed in the States. If your country doesn’t like that, don’t use the site.

14. Entire Agreement

This document is the final word. Any other agreement, handshake deal, or carrier pigeon message is superseded.
