This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to the fulfillment and delivery of products purchased from Riot Mind Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our").


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving payment. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, product drops, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply issues or fulfillment delays.

We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If a scheduled shipping day falls on a holiday, we ship the next available business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship within the U.S. using USPS and UPS. Carrier and service selection depends on the product type, package dimensions, and delivery destination. Available domestic services include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Ground, and UPS Standard.

International Shipping (Canada)

We currently ship to Canada in addition to the United States. Canadian orders are shipped via DHL Express (primary carrier) and UPS Standard (secondary carrier). Carrier-calculated rates are displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.

All Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected separately at the border. Whether duties apply depends on your province and the declared value of your shipment.

We do not ship to any countries outside of the United States and Canada at this time.

Fulfillment Sources

Orders may be fulfilled either in-house (e.g., stickers, labels, posters) or through our partner fulfillment service Printful (e.g., apparel, hats, backpacks, notebooks, license plates). Orders containing multiple product types may ship separately from different fulfillment sources. You may receive more than one shipment and more than one tracking number for a single order.

Estimated Delivery

Domestic (U.S.): Standard delivery is typically 5–10 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location and selected carrier service. Faster delivery options may be available at checkout.

International (Canada): Estimated delivery is typically 3–10 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your province and selected carrier. Customs processing may add additional time outside of our control.


3. Tracking Information

All in-house shipments include tracking. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking link to activate after shipment.

For partner-fulfilled orders (Printful), tracking may be slightly delayed or managed through a third-party provider depending on the carrier selected by Printful.

4. Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet all posted delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather events
  • Carrier disruptions or capacity issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Fulfillment circumstances outside our control

International orders may experience additional delays at customs that are entirely outside our control. These delays do not constitute a lost package and are not eligible for a lost package claim.

If a delay occurs, we will communicate with you and do our best to help resolve the situation.


5. Undeliverable Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address

Double-check your shipping information at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us unclaimed, we will reach out by email. You will have the option to reship the order with added shipping charges or cancel your order minus any applicable shipping fees.


6. Lost Packages

Domestic Orders

Before a lost package claim can be submitted, please contact the shipping carrier directly to attempt to locate your package. Confirm that the package was not delivered to an unexpected location at the address on file, and check whether the carrier's delivery notes show any additional details about the drop-off location.

If your order was genuinely lost in transit and cannot be recovered, a claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. To be eligible for a replacement shipment, the following conditions must be met:

  • The shipping address on the order must be valid and confirmed
  • The carrier must have assigned a "Lost in transit" status to the shipment

If both conditions are met, your claim will be processed and a replacement order will be fulfilled and reshipped to you at no additional cost.

International Orders (Canada)

Lost package claims for Canadian orders follow the same 30-day window and require carrier confirmation of lost-in-transit status. Packages held at customs or experiencing customs delays are not considered lost and are not eligible for a replacement claim. If your package is being held at customs, contact the carrier or CBSA directly to resolve the hold.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

All applicable duties, import taxes, and customs fees for orders shipping to Canada are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency and are not collected by Riot Mind Studios LLC at checkout. We are not responsible for customs delays, holds, or additional fees incurred after the shipment has left our facility. Refused or abandoned international shipments due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.
